I am more than just a health enthusiast. I have a Bachelors Degree in the field of Health and Sports Science, I’m a former athlete, and I was raised by a gourmet chef. My passion for health coupled with my diverse background have given me the tools to create tasty and nutritious recipes along with truly functional workouts.

As a Functional Exercise and Nutrition Specialist I am a guide for people wanting to become healthier in body, mind and spirit. I write articles on functional nutrition, functional exercise, parenting, relationships, and more.

 I also create exercises, workouts, and recipes designed to improve the function of your everyday life. Whether you are an athlete, a Mom, a business executive or all three, the movements you perform in exercise should mimic the movements you use in life. And the food you eat should nourish your body to help it work and operate efficiently.
